Founded in 2000 by Andrew and Louise Coulbeck and based in Grimsby in
the heart of Europe’s Food Town, JCS Fish Ltd has a long and respected heritage
in fishing and associated industries.
Our modern new premises retain the traditional values and local traditions,
so important to this company.
Our aim is to supply high quality fresh and frozen products to a high standard which we are able to achieve through our compact and hands-on approach.
We source only the finest quality salmon from accredited leading fish farms based in Scotland, Norway and the Faroe Islands which with whom we have a long and mutually respected business relationship. The fish is handled throughout by fully trained staff using hygienic and safe production processes. This is why our excellent quality is second to none. In addition to this we are able offer other species.
Accredited to BRC Global Standard (Food) Issue 5. This standard is the bench mark for all responsible producers and is recognised globally for its requirements that ensures product safety, quality, legality and full traceability. Attaining an ‘A’ Grade standard since 2008.
