We have won Best Seafood Product for the second year running in the Food Management Today Industry awards as well as taking four other accolades!
JCS Fish team members, Rosie Knight and Jess Coulbeck, were in London today (31 January) to be presented with the award by celebrity host and TV presenter, John Torode. Last year, we won the same award for our BigFish Brand Smoked Sea Trout.
BigFish Eastern Thai salmon fillets are one of our signature range of frozen, marinaded fillets, ready to use straight from the freezer. They’re consistently one of our most popular products and this is the third award they have received. They were also a finalist in the category of Best Frozen Product and three other BigFish products were recognised as either finalists or highly commended. The overall results were as follows:
