Luke joined us in 2009 as a factory operative and, since then, his hard work and sheer enthusiasm for the business have driven him through increasing levels of seniority to become our Factory Manager, which he achieved in 2016. His skills and confidence have increased enormously and he has been instrumental in supporting the growth of JCS Fish, managing our increasingly complex production facility and making sure everything in the factory runs smoothly.
Despite the long hours and demands of the job, Luke is always courteous and keeps his good sense of humour. He’s extremely popular with everyone at JCS Fish and we are proud that he has chosen to develop his career with us!
Luke celebrated his tenth anniversary up in Scotland with Andy and Jack Coulbeck, when they took time out to inspect some of our west coast salmon suppliers. We believe the three of them managed to find time for a wee celebration in between visits to fish farms…
