According to Seafish as many as 72% of UK adults don't know that the Government recommends that we all eat two portions of fish a week, one of which should be oily.  The annual Seafood Week campaign aims to celebrate all kinds of seafood and highlight its health benefits. Since salmon is of course rich in Omega3 (and so one of the ‘oily’ fish species) that's something we can't disagree with here at JCS Fish - and its also a great excuse to make a feature of salmon on your menu!
