This week is Seafood Week but also British Egg Week. So here at JCS Fish we’re pondering the question… why do eggs and fish go together so well?
We are delighted to have received news that one of our new range of Breaded salmon products has been shortlisted in the 2018 Chefs' Choice Awards.
A highlight in the foodservice calendar, The Chefs' Choice Awards are hosted by leading magazines including The Grocer, Restaurant, and Food Manufacture and showcase the creative and innovative work of manufacturers and wholesalers in the UK foodservice industry.
The Chefs' Choice Awards are judged by an experienced panel of judges, who mark against strict criteria which take into account the innovation, quality, constancy, taste and texture of the products.
Our Breaded Salmon Bites in Natural Crispy Crumb is a finalist in the Fish & Shellfish category. We are looking forward to hearing the final results at the Chef's Choice Award event in London on 27 February 2018!
