Quality and convenience

We work closely with responsible growers in Scotland and Scandinavia who supply us with the finest Atlantic salmon and loch trout, slow grown and delivered to us in premium condition. We process to order in our accredited Grimsby facility, using highly sophisticated technology including our spiral freezer.

Our entire range is available frozen: from boneless fillets, steaks, portions and supremes to added value products such as our signature marinated fillets, salmon bites and goujons, smoked fish and a range of delicious fish cakes.
