This week, businesses all over the UK are celebrating their achievements and thinking about their progress towards being more responsible in the way they interact with people, communities and the planet as part of Business in the Community’s Responsible Business Week.

Be it fish pie on Good Friday or a nice piece of salmon, lots of people choose to eat fish over the Easter period and sales of seafood go up at this time of year. The fact that it seems natural to eat fish at Easter comes – like many of our traditions – from the Christian church.
